The PETERSEN story
PETERSEN is a brand from Łódź rooted in a family textile tradition. Since 2016 we have been growing the company, combining years of experience with a modern approach to design and production. We started by working with the advertising, HoReCa and transport industries. Today our textiles are used by, among others, LOT Polish Airlines. In parallel we are developing our own brands: DOTTY, creating pet accessories, and SENBY, covering interior textiles and children's room accessories. We operate as both manufacturer and design partner. We deliver projects for companies, institutions and own brands — from idea to finished product. We work with trusted embroidery and print partners, which allows us to adapt production flexibly to each project. Every stage — from construction to quality control — is supervised by us personally.
Production
We operate at the intersection of production and design. We work with brands, companies and institutions, managing projects from the very first idea through to the finished product. Over the years we have built a network of trusted, specialised partner sewing workshops. This allows us to tailor the production process to each specific project while maintaining quality and repeatability. Every product passes through our hands — from construction and material selection through to quality control and packaging.
Quality and materials
We work with hundreds of fabrics and knits — from decorative through to technical and waterproof. We continuously expand our material database, seeking the best solutions for specific applications. Most of them carry an Oeko-Tex certificate, guaranteeing safe use. From the design stage we think about environmental responsibility — we minimise waste and reuse it, for example by creating accessories or supporting animal shelters.
Personalisation
Personalisation is one of the key elements of our work. We create labels, embroidery and prints tailored to the brand's visual identity. We match the technology to the material and design — so that every detail is consistent, durable and refined.
Design team
The process always starts with a conversation and understanding the client's needs. The project then moves to the concept development team and designers, who are responsible for construction and translating the idea into a real product. Subsequent stages involve the people responsible for materials, production logistics and quality control. Every element is thought through and matched to the function and budget. We guide the client through the entire process — from the first concept, through samples and design decisions, to final production. We advise and propose solutions whenever we see risks or room for optimisation.
